So you prepare harder.

Work longer.

Over-function.


From the outside, it looks like ambition.

From the inside, it feels like pressure.


Shame convinces high-achievers that rest equals exposure.


But here’s the truth: Drive fueled by fear is exhausting. Drive fueled by purpose is sustainable.


There is a difference.
